Room to Let in Friendly House :)

Hello

I will soon have a room to let in my house in April 2014.

The room is a double room, it is unfurnished, so you will need to bring whatever you need :-) (bed, wardrobe etc)

1 shared bathroom between myself and the other person. Shared living room and kitchen. Large back garden, lovely in the summer.

Parking is on road parking, close to bus routes. The house is in Walton.

I am looking for someone friendly and trustworthy to share my home with.
£350 per month, includes all bills.

I do not have any pictures currently, the room won't be available to view for a few weeks while my house is being re-decorated, but I thought I would get the ad on now as the room will be available in April, but I would like to secure someone as soon as I can :-)
