One large double room in laid back shared house...

Hi, I have a very large double bedroom available in my home.

Room is in very good order but you are welcome to decorate/furnish as you wish.

Room is big enough for double bed and bedroom furniture and small sofa/living area or study area. Each room comes complete with own sky box with hd, sports, movies and full on demand package. Also unlimited broadband included.

I am a young professional, I work a lot and play sometimes. I also go away a lot. I'm looking for someone friendly, easy going and fun to share my home with. I've got a good sense of humour, am easy going and the house is very calm.

The other housemate is also a young professional, very quiet and private and only lives her Monday - Friday.

I love food and cook a lot so you're always welcome to grab a plate! There is a large shared kitchen with double cooker, dining table, larder fridge and freezer for you make use of if you wish or we can just share takeaways! :)

The house has all utilities, sky +, wi-fi etc and a good sized shared bathroom with storage space. Washing machine and dishwasher. The neighbours are lovely, it's in a quiet square and everyone's friendly/no noise or trouble.

I've got a lovely dog who loves anyone but predominantly lives outside. It's really important for any housemate to treat him with love and respect - perfect for anyone who loves dogs but can't commit to their own. Equally happy for another dog in the house provided they get on. The house backs onto bretton park which is huge for anyone who likes walking, running, cycling etc.
