I'm George, 25, Professional working locally, looking to rent out a double room in my newly purchased 3-bed house in Orton Goldhay, Peterborough.

Currently only me living in the property, that has: communal parking, garden, patio, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, shared kitchen and living room, is 2 minute walking distance to shopping centre, 5 minute drive to Peterborough City centre.

Room for single - £340 pcm
Room for couple - negotiable.

Rent is open to negotiation, very laid back, I'm looking to live with decent people in a good environment rather than squeezing money out of tenants.

Only preference would be no smoking inside the house (outside is fine), and no pets.
