Double room offered in family home freshly decorated. Our house is situated just off eastfield road. (Near sainsburys) the house is detached and the room for rent is a double room with plenty of fitted units! The room comes with a wall mounted tv with free view built in, sky digital can be availble too upon request. The bathroom is next door to the room and is mainly used for the tenant as we have our own bathroom we use. Downstairs there is another wc, cloakroom and large lounge with full package sky + HD We also have ultra fast unlimited bt broadband, kitchen has a dining table with full use of dishwasher , oven, gas hobs, microwave, and own freezer, will also have selves in fridge and own seperate cuboard for food items. All kitchen cutlery and items are welcomed to be used. In the conservatory we have a small home gym and washing dryer. These can be used anytime. The rent is £350 per Callander month but can pay weekly if preferred. Rent covers All household bills ie, council tax, water ,gas electric and so on. We are a very laid back family just 2 with dog and parrot. Room available now for either long term or short term. (Couples accepted please contact me for rent)
