We have 1 x large double room available. All rooms are furnished and prices are quoted pcm, all this available in a professional clean house share immediately.
The house has great bus links to town centre and the train station. Very easy access to the A1 and more major routes.
All amenities are in a short drive, including a Sainsbury, Post office and Pharmacy, Open Parkland, Town Centre, Queensgate Shopping Centre and the trendy old town high street with shops, bars & restaurants.
The property has been refurbished recently and is fitted with white goods and utilities.

The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract. There is a notice period of 4 weeks.
