We are a family of four looking to rent out a double furnished room in a very relaxing and tidy environment for one person (Female only please).
The room is on the bottom floor by the front door opposite a toilet and shower. Includes a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, small table, chair, electric radiator, TV socket and street view.
All bills are included with free Wi-Fi.
The property is located in St. Michael’s Gate, in Peterborough, which is nice and quiet. 5 minute walk from nearest bus stop which takes you directly into town in 15 minutes.
Local facilities include: GP and corner shop. £350 monthly.
