Newly decorated Medium Room to share with 1 female

The room has been recently decorated and a new window and carpet have been fitted (big enough to put a double bed but I only accommodate a single female) looking over a lovely garden. Bathroom, lounge, kitchen and garden will be shared with one person (me). There is a dedicated parking plot.
Quiet house in quiet area in South Bretton, walking distance to Travelex, Anglian Water, Ferry Meadows to the south and City Hospital and Bretton centre to the north with a post office, a library, a GP, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Iceland, Boots, Costa, fish’n chip, Domino's, a bank and a building society etc. 12 mins by bus No2 from City Center.
I would like to share the house with a considerate female, who can keep shared places and facilities clean and tidy for other person to use. My interests include walking and countryside, classical music and arts, but it does not matter if we do not share the interests as long as we can communicate in good terms. Non-smoker prefered but would consider if you smoke outside and keep the buts in a can.
Monday to Friday or any 5 days could be considered with reduced rent.
