Double room for single occupancy available now

I have a nice double room for single occupancy to let in Sawston, a well served village on the outskirts of Cambridge.

We are close to the M11 and A505. 2 train stations are within easy reach also good bus links and cycle route into Cambridge, and situated in an ideal location for the Babraham institute (walking distance), Hinxton Sanger institute (cycling distance), Granta Park and the Genome Campus.

There are 4 pubs and a variety of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. There is also a Leisure centre with a heated pool, gym, dance classes, badminton etc. The house is in a quiet area off a main road on the outskirts of the village.

I am looking for an easy going person. You would be sharing the house with two other female housemates in their twenties.

The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside tables a chest of drawers and a chair. The house has central heating, washing machine, microwave, upstairs bathroom, and another toilet downstairs, a garden with a patio and we have broadband.

We do not have off road parking, however there is plenty of parking space on the street (no through road).

There is no smoking allowed in the house, however I don't mind if you smoke in the garden.
