I have a room available in the lovely town of Soham, 10 mins from Ely and Newmarket.

This is a great opportunity to get a massive double bedroom in a spacious and characteristic semi detached house. It is a converted barn with hard wood floors and latches on the doors (love it!)

The room is 12ft by 12ft and currently fits a double bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit, TV and a full set of DJ decks and still has room to move! So if you are looking for a place to put your Kingsize bed and two seated sofa with coffee table, you've found it!! Seriously it is that big!

I am moving out however some of the furniture can stay if needed. It is all negotiable. The only thing missing is a Bed.

The current tenant is an extremely friendly, funny and above all tidy gentleman so no need to be worried about the 'living with men' stereotypes.
