I have a brand new home on the outskirts of Cambridge, 7 mins drive to Ely and 25 mins to Cambridge. It is a spacious two bed complete with garden and plenty of off road parking in a quiet cul de sac. The room I have to rent is a small double with space for a wardrobe and other storage.
I am ideally looking for someone Monday fo Friday however I will consider full weeks for the right person.
I like to keep the house immaculate so only very tidy people please.
I work long hours and so if you are looking for someone to hang around with I'm probably not your pick.
I also have a kitten so you must like pets.
No smokers or animals I'm afraid.
