1 Double room in shared house

The room available is a single room in quiet arae of st ives, the room includes all the bills, council tax be £35 per month.

The Kitchen is modern and updated with all the modern cons so you will have full use of the kithen, i have two cupboards available for storage of food and other items.

I have wireless broadband and virgin tv is available to all.

The house has for a room for a car and garage to store extra items i have space in the airing cupboard and space set aside in bathroom for other items has this will be more convient for the new housemate. note i can arrange to have a wardrobe for the room, oh and their is space in the freezer for plenty of food

The housemates at the moment work shifts so their will always be a time to have peace and quiet to yourself the neighbourhood is in established part of town and is secluded from traffic so very quiet

I will require a months rent in advance at £375 not including the council tax so their is less confusion at the end of the tenancy

The house is modern in decor and is a very clean a spacious house with an established garden to relax in over the summer, In all, a good opportunity to find a really good place to live, so i look forward to speaking to you soon :)
