This recently refurbished house is in a great location less than 5 mins walk to the river / town centre and all the restaurants and shops that St Ives has to offer. It is very close to the bus stop and guided busway, giving easy access to Cambridge, Huntingdon and Peterborough.

The room has a single bed and side table with a lamp as well as a mirror-fronted wardrobe. The door is lockable and the room has been recently redecorated with a thick carpet and blackout curtains.

You get full use of the rest of the house, including a well equipped kitchen with a juicer, breadmaker, mixer, toastie maker etc, a lounge and dining area, utility room (including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc), shower room and cloakroom and the garden.

I'm a 25 year old professional and live-in landlord, and I'm looking to rent to a friendly, clean, professional and respectful tenant.
