There is a large living room with large TV and dining table, and a separate kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer space, and allocated cupboards will be provided for food etc.

The monthly rent includes all bills, aswell as unlimited Virgin Media high speed 70MB wi-fi.

Modern bathroom with rain shower/bath, the toilet is separate to the bathroom.

Bus stops outside the house give instant access to both Huntingdon and Cambridge. The house is also close to most local amenities.

Cleaners visit fortnightly to thoroughly clean all rooms in the house.

I have a 3 year old daughter who stays over every other weekend and visits 2 times during the week.

I am a professional business owner, tidy male who is looking for a tennant similar to myself. I also have a friendly house cat. Smoke, drink and drug free home, also clean, tidy and quite so I would like to keep it that way. I travel often for business and am often away for a week or so, its essential I have a tenant I can trust in my home.

£400 per month will also include all washing detergent/ fabric softener/ toilet rolls etc.

Parking is available on the road outside the house and also to the rear of the house.

A reference will be required before the move in, in the interest of my daughter and my property. Minimum stay 3 months with one months notice. £250 deposit plus one months rent required up front. £400 per month to be paid in full via bank transfer, no part payments, non negotiable!

A signature will be required stating the above in a contract before the move in date.
