I have a medium sized single room for rent. It is clean. We have fast virgin broadband. Located very close to station and bus routes. Share of kitchen, dining room, bathroom (with good shower), and lounge. There is also a nice garden which you are welcome to use especially if you smoke!

We are a family and have two large dogs. Very easy going and used to having lodgers. Need someone reliable and honest.
