2 Bed 3 Story Town House - in Town

My housemate is moving out end of March to Australia.

The house has been recently refurbished, we'd only moved in back in November. 2 bed, 3 story town house with garden, patio and summer house.

House is fully furnished though I am not sure at present what will remain in the bedroom.

Great location, with off road parking (two car drive with car-port type area). 2 minute walk into town. Few minutes drive to A1.

I am looking for someone who is generally clean and tidy, though I am fairly laid back. I won't have a problem with you bringing guests / friends over.

No preference on gender or age of housemate. My current house mate has become one of my best friends and we tend to do a lot together, if you are outgoing and sociable that's great - if you just want a place to live with your own space that's fine too!

virgin cable broadband (20mbps)
Sofa and living area
Dining table
Washing machine
Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms
Washing / Utility room

House / Room is available for viewing with a little bit of notice. No real preference on gender / age just preferably clean and tidy!

Bills included in rent, straight 50/50 share.
