Hi there, I'm Brad, 28 year old male working as a teacher in Peterborough. I'm the live in landlord at my 3 bedroom house in Stanground. I have a very well presented double room to let overlooking the garden at the rear of the property.

Although most of the agency operated properties on here boast of 'no live in landlord', I'd like to sell you the benefits. Firstly, I'm a young landlord at 28. I'm very easy to get on with, and would make sure that you, as a new lodger, get on well with both of us. Secondly, because it's my house and I live here, if something breaks I fix it immediately. No waiting for uninterested agencies or badly completed maintenance. Thirdly, there are no agency fees, either upfront or included in the inflated price of the room. Just the deposit which is 100% refundable, and I never mess people around with deposits. I hope that's made you feel at ease!

About the house: newly decorated, clean, light and with the little things that make it easy to share with two others - communal lounge, extra downstairs WC, plenty of parking, outside lockable storage with side access, lovely garden with BBQ and patio, kitchen with everything you need. Located on a quiet street in Stanground, the house is a quick bus/cycle/car journey to the centre. Also very close to get onto the parkway ('ring road').

The room is fully furnished with new bed and mattress, clean and simple with nice view over the garden.

The other lodger, Ben, 32, and I are both interesting and sociable people, and we're both professionals so we're respectful of each other to not make noise into the night when we both have to get up for work in the morning. Rather than write about our interests on here, the best thing is for you to get in touch and arrange to meet us and see if you like the place.

Other bits - Professional only please, I might consider mature students. I might consider a couple for £425 per month but would have to make sure we are the right people for eachother.
