Room is a nice size and includes a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. (It currently has a double bed in it - see photo) Rental includes use of dining room, kitchen and all appliances, bathroom and cloakroom, lounge, wireless broadband, TV , off road parking and use of garden/patio. I am the only other occupant of the house, looking for female professional to house share. Smoking is permitted in the kitchen.
