This is a large double room in a converted bungalow. You will also have use of the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, lounge and the garden.
The location is close to Great Shelford station and is a short bicycle ride to Addenbrookes (15mins).
Other residents are myself and my two teenage sons.
We would prefer a professional but we may consider a student.
You will have use of a separate fridge and all household bills (Water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet) apart from phone bills are included.
There is also room for a bicycle in a side garage.
