The room features a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a freeview TV, however the furniture can be taken out if preferred. A desk is available if required. The room has WiFi, one TV aerial point and multiple power points.

The bills (council tax, internet, electricity, gas and water) are included in the weekly rent.

The house has a shared lounge area and a separate shared dining area.

The kitchen area is also shared and features an electric hob oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a slow cooker and a washing machine.

The bathroom is also shared and features a heated towel rail and an electric shower.

The garden areas are also shared; the back garden is a mixture of patio and grass. The front garden is a small grass area. There is off road parking and a garage is also available.

The village has a couple of local shops and around 4 pubs. Although the village itself is generally quiet, the road links are excellent, with good links north and south.

I work full time and commute to Northampton. I am usually home around 6pm. I have a 5 year old, he attends school full time and attends a childcare setting after school. He sleeps through the night without any problems and is patient and very well behaved.
