I am looking for a professional person to share my 2 bedroom house. I am in my late forties. I would like someone who is tidy, self-sufficient and generally good company to be around when our paths cross.

It is a terraced house on a modern development (about 5 years old) located within Sutton. The room itself is lovely and is furnished with a wardrobe, three x four drawer units and a single bed. The shared bathroom features a bath/shower.

The price of the rent includes bills (inclusive of gas, electricity, council tax etc.) and access to the internet.
