Hello. I am a 24 year old professional with a nicely decored and furnished double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom house. I am situated in a small village near Ely and approx 30 mins from Cambridge. Please note public transport links to cambridge or ely are not brilliant so own transport is recommended.
I am offering all bills, including wifi, in the £125/ week rent (£150 for couples) . The lodger(s) would have access to a large living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, driveway, garden and bathrooms.
I would consider lowering the rent for anyone who is only going to be here Mon-fri. Feel free to message me to discuss the rent.
I am looking for someone likeminded to me. I work mon-fri for long hours and enjoy relaxing in the evenings. However I do like to socialise during the weekends and enjoy cooking for my friends.
