House at the end!

I've just bought a house and I would like a house mate for two reasons:

1. I don't want to live on my own at weekends (I work away during the week)

2. I can't afford the mortgage without you!

Brand new house in Trumpington on Glanville road. ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to get to live with me. House is unfurnished and is currently a 'work in progress', i. e. I am buying a sofa, carpet, floor, internet and so on. BUT, that's no reason to not move in with me since you can place your own stamp on your (lovely) double room. You will need to furnish your room however.

There's no allocated parking, but there's an empty side road next to my house so that's fine. We're right on the guided busway and 5 minutes bike from the station so I'm wondering if it works for someone commuting to London.

I'd like to live with a girl because I get on well with them as I have two sisters and I think they make better housemates than boys (plus I spend all week with boys).

About me? I'm exceptionally handsome, funny and easy going. I walk around the house naked a lot and spend the rest of the weekend in Lycra on a bicycle.

I have an obnoxiously lovable best friend called Steve who you will undoubtedly get to know. You'll also have to come out drinking with us. Our favourite is La Raza!

I like to keep my house tidy and I expect you to do the same, so if you have a streak of OCD then that's not a bad thing.
