Double room in friendly shared house

A double room is available in our friendly house in Trumpington from September 1st.

The house has a newly renovated Kitchen (only a few months old) with dual ovens and microwaves, 3 fridges and 3 freezers alongside ample cupboard space. There is also a dining room table and smart TV to enjoy while you cook! The lounge is big with comfy sofas and TV. We have a laundry room with 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and plenty of drying racks. There's a paved garden with chairs, table and secure dry bicycle storage. There is even an eighth bedroom left for guests! We have a cleaner that comes over every week to clean the communal areas as well.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the park and ride for buses into town, guided buses and national express coaches. Its also a 10 min cycle to Addenbrookes and has easy access to the M11.

As we are a close-knit bunch we're looking for someone who is up for making friends and enjoying the active social life in the house. Please feel free to get in contact if you think you fit the bill : )
