Stocked with two friendly relaxed housemates, one female (aged 32) and one male (aged 25), both professionals looking for a like minded professional female to join them.

Housemate hobbies include good movies, badminton, piano and takeaways on occasion.

There is currently a petite friendly cat who is well behaved, trained and looked after by the female housemate.

Great access to public transport – a 5 minute walk to the busway, 5 minute walk to Trumpington park and ride and a 15 min bike ride to the train station. Waitrose is also a few minutes walk away. Easy access to town and Addenbrookes.

The room is available from 11th October 2014. £450 a month (rent and all bills included). A deposit of £400 is required and an admin fee of £200 is required by the letting agent.
