This lovely three storey, five bedroom house has a furnished double room which will be available on 30 November 2014.

The house is spacious and situated over three floors. Downstairs we have a large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, two fridges and freezer. We have a garage where we store our bikes and a spare room for visitors.

The lounge is a generous size and leads into the dining room. We have a log fire which we use regularly. Through the patio doors we have an nice garden complete with BBQ, there is also a shed and greenhouse.

Up onto the first floor we have three of the five bedrooms, a study for everyone's use and a bathroom with large bath and separate shower.

On the second floor we have two further bedrooms (including the room for rent). There is off-street parking for 3 cars which we use on a first come, first served basis and on road parking just outside the house.

The room for rent is a fully furnished double room. Location-wise, we are in Trumpington, appox 2. 5 miles from the city centre which is 10-15 minutes by bike. There is a bus stop less than a minute's walk away for going into town or to Addenbrookes hospital. We are also on the bus link for the Trumpington Park and Ride with quick access to the M11. Across the road from us is Waitrose, and a short distance down the road are the local shops and post office.

Rent is £426. 19 per month including council tax. Gas, electricity, broadband and our weekly cleaner costs approx £70 each per month and water is paid twice yearly on top of this averaging about £15 a month each.

There are currently three girls and two guys living in the house - all professionals, sociable, friendly and considerate. Our landlord is also very helpful. One of the girls is moving in with her boyfriend so we're looking for a sociable professional to join us.
