we have a small single room for rent in a 3 bedroom house, sharing with two professional males. Quiet tenant required as existing on shift work.
The house is located in a quiet cul du sac, only a 10 minute cycle or 5 minute drive from the city centre, with direct access to the trumpington park and ride, Addenbrookes road and M11 junction.
It has a nice large garden, and you will have the full use of the house along with your housemates. The room and house is currently under decoration and we can provide updated pictures as and when we complete. Tennant welcome to move in from the 15th January onwards.
Fully furnished, central heating, wifi, bills included to a cap. (excess to be paid by housemates)
6-monthly review if tennant would like to stay on.
