The bedroom is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe to save space, as is the rest of the apartment with sofa, dining table, TV and all kitchen appliances.
The room is available for short term let from the start of January due to one flat mate moving to London for a secondment for 4 months, the flat is available for any length up to 4 months. You will be sharing with an easy going, young professional male, aged 21.
Bills and council tax are NOT included and are roughly ÃÂÃÂÃÂà£100 extra a month, with a deposit of ÃÂã750 in addition.
10 minute cycle to the railway station and a 10 minute walk to Addenbrookes Hospital, and the apartment comes with a car parking space.
