The bedroom

Hey, I'm Jess and I am a live in landlord. I am a sales professional working in London (commuting daily). I’m a really social when I am here and would like to share with like minded people. Please do message if you are interested.

The house is a new build on the Addenbrookes site. 11 minute drive and 9 minute cycle from Cambridge station with links to London, Ely and Peterborough and has excellent road links to the M11, A10 and A505 to London/ Peterborough/ Bedford and Milton Keynes. Parking is available on site. Waitrose is a 10 minute walk and there is also 100 acres of parkland between the house and Addenbrookes.

Both bedrooms are carpeted and furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom on the top floor for the two spare rooms. The rest of the house is fully furnished. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and dining room, bathroom and lounge with large double doors onto a courtyard garden complete with seating area. The kitchen is filled with appliances and food storage space. The lounge is complete with sofas and a large TV as well as broadband.

Bills are not included however come out at around £100 each a month.
