We are a warm and friendly family renting a good sized double room with double bed. There is lots of storage space in the room along with broadband, WiFi and a Freeview TV & DVD player. You will also have your own shower. There is ample parking, external lighting, an electric gate (which is closed at night) and 24/7 CCTV. We are just a 2 mile/5 minute drive from the Science park and the Milton Park & Ride which takes you into the centre of town. We are also a 20 min walk/5 min bike or car ride from Waterbeach train station which takes you to Cambridge station (10 mins ride) and directly into Kings Cross (about an hour).
We are looking for somebody who needs a safe, friendly home. The room is available for single occupancy only and females are preferred.
