Hello!
My current lodger has just found a job in London and so I'm looking for somebody new to rent the second room in my house. I'm a young, easy going professional and ideally looking for another young, tidy and sociable professional or mature student to share my house with.
The house itself is well looked after, clean and tidy. A bed is provided and there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for your stuff (even though the pictures don't show this). You are also free to use all other communal parts of the house including a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a big 48" TV!
All bills are included; WiFi, elec, gas etc.
Cambridge and the science park are 5 mins away. There is also a train station nearby which can take you to Cambridge in 5 mins, Ely in 10 and London in about an hour.
