Welcoming friendly house in Werrington

I'm looking for a friendly person to share my home with as my current lodger is moving out at the end of the month.
I am young, open minded and easy going and am looking for someone similar. I would like for us to get along and you be able to treat my home as your home, but treat it with respect. I have 2 lovely cats so must like pets.

I work hard, all different shifts so when I am on nights I would need someone to be considerate of this, and I will do the same if you have any requirements. I enjoy cooking and socialising in my spare time.

I don't smoke, but I don't mind if you do as long as it's outside.
Would really like to find someone who could move in long term if you enjoy it, but would consider short lettings for now if need be.

Dimensions for double room 3. 20m x 3. 28m (10'6" maximum x 10'9" minimum excluding door recess)with PVCu double glazed window, radiator and large built in overstairs cupboard.

Dimensions for single room. 2. 11m x 2. 36m (6'11" x 7'9") PVCu double glazed window and radiator.

The house is a 3 bed detached, with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen/diner with washing machine and dishwasher available for use. There is an aerial in the bedroom, Virgin Tivo Tv in the lounge, and wifi is included. The garden is of good size and is nice to have BBQ's in the summer. There is plenty of off road parking on the driveway.

Werrington is a lovely village with local facilities including supermarket, petrol station and doctors surgery just round the corner. It is also a great link to Peterborough, Stamford, Market Deeping, close to the A1 but isn't in the centre of the city.
All utilities are included in the price.
