The house is in Station Road Whittlesford and a very short walk to rail station, with links to Cambridge and Liverpool Street Station.
It is compact cottage style house with modern kitchen and spacious bathroom, with bath and walk in shower.
Your room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
I have wi fi and a BT telephone.
There is a large garden and on street parking.
The ideal person would be independent, respectful and cat friendly.
From time to time I work away from home so you would need to be able feed the cat.
I would also consider a couple and the rent would be £700 per calendar month.
