£130 per week - extra large double room with lots of storage
£110 per week - large double room with wardrobes and doors.

Both rooms come with a bed and clean mattress with a clean mattress protector and the storage as per photos.
Rooms have combination locks for security and have just been fitted with new heavy duty doors.

The house is very clean and quiet house. Shared kitchen with plenty of storage and a large gas cooker. There are two toilets and showers in the property that are kept clean. 1x bathroom has recently been refurbished.

There is a well kept garden and patio area with additional space to store bicycles ect. Also there is 1x off road parking space at the property on a first come first serve use basis. (Currently no other tenants have a car).

1x Lithuanian female (over 40)
1x Lithuanian male (over 40)

1X weeks rent will be held as a deposit and 1 week required in advanced by move in date. Paid weekly thereafter.
