Live in 27 year old landlord with partner, looking for a professional person or couple to share the house with. The property is only 3 mins walking distance from town centre. The room is on the first floor, has a brand new mattress, an open wardrobe, bed side table, sideboard with 6 drawers. I am a laid back landlord and prefer to think of it as a house share. Love cooking, trying new thing, watching series and having movies night in. Upstairs is a huge lounge, with open kitchen, large sofa, Smart TV, fully equipment kitchen, with 8 rings cooker, gas oven, gas grill, as well as electric. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, with bath, little storage. Downstairs is toilet, gym (eg. sit ups bench, treadmill, bike, stepper) and utility room. Also small, but very private garden, ideal for barbeque, and garden chairs.

You will have full access to use all the facilities in the house.
