Two Double Rooms in Witchford (near Ely)

Hi,

I have two double furnished rooms available in a 3 bedroom house in Witchford. The rooms can be viewed from 1st May onwards, and are available immediately subject to ID and reference checks.

I am looking for lodgers who are honest, reliable, tidy, and must be employed. They must speak English to a good standard. Sorry I am unable to accept students.

Witchford is situated approximately 2.5 miles from Ely and 15 miles north of Cambridge. Unfortunately the bus service from Witchford to Ely is infrequent. The train service from Ely to Cambridge is very good and takes less than 20 minutes.

The lodger will have access to the kitchen, bathroom/wc, additional wc and garden. The lounge is being decorated and is not currently available for use, but will be in the future. I am unable to offer garage space, but can offer off-road parking for one vehicle if needed.

The house has gch. Broadband is available. There is a garden to the back and front. The house and garden are both strictly non-smoking.

The Property is Council Tax Band C.

I am the landlord of the property though I only reside there occasionally. On the occasions that I am there, you will find me very laid back and easy to get on with. I have many years experience of letting rooms and several past tenants remain very good friends of mine.

Rental of the rooms are for a minimum of 3 months. Couples will be considered, but there will be an additional charge of £175pcm .
