Double room available in lovely, spacious house

The house is situated off road with 1 parking space available to use. Good size, south facing garden with patio and shed which can be used for storage. The house is spacious with a shared kitchen and a good sized lounge which has a large comfortable corner sofa and a TV.
Internet access/wifi is available. Access upstairs via a spiral staircase, bathroom is large with bath and shower over. The room itself is a good sized double (available with a temporary wardrobe and bed - staircase can be folded away if potential tenant brings their own furniture).
Last thing, I have 3 cats (one long haired) so animal lover/non-allergenic person is essential.
Looking for an honest and respectful applicant to fit in with the household. I have had 2 previous tenants who have both enjoyed living here. I enjoy cooking and baking and keeping active (running, cycling and kayaking), I often take weekends away to go camping/walking.
