The property has been extended to include a new shower room and a new room looking out onto the garden, plus a new kitchen. And a very friendly husky!

A clean and modernised terraced house, in Woodston. Train station 20 mins walk, town 15. Room is on the third floor, in a professionally built loft extension. Room has single bed, double set of drawers, free wireless internet. Lodger has solo use of ground floor shower (I have my own ensuite).Shared use of lounge, kitchen, nice garden. Looking for female, employed, tidy lodger. £450 includes all bills. A reduced rate for fewer nights a week would be considered.

I have female lodgers, wherever they are from originally, as I have my teenage daughter with me occasionally. Also experience tells me ladies are more reliable and tidy! If you would like a reference from former lodgers, this is no problem. Many have gone on to become good friends and visit regularly, even from abroad.

The room is for single occupancy only at all times.
