The family bathroom includes bath/shower and WC. There is a shared WC on the ground floor. The shared living room comes with a 3 seated sofa and single round sofa with TV and free Sat. The conservatory includes a 2 seat sofa and TV with free Sat.
The Kitchen/diner includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and gas hob/fan assisted oven with ample storage space. The dining table can fit up to 6 people
Nice sized garden with patio area and patio chairs and table. To the rear of the garden is a single garage which contains a second fridge freezer and used for storage.
2 parking spaces to front of the house and car parking space is located at the rear of the garden. The house is situated in a quite avenue of only 5 houses.
I do have shared ownership to a dog called Lola who is a Pugalier very loving and will be in during the day when staying over. (The guard Dog!)
