Friendly housemate required ASAP

The house has a separate hallway and stairs on entrance, living room, kitchen and conservatory, all a good size. Furniture downstairs is provided, kitchen equipment (ie plates bowls, cutleys, knives and pans) are not. House is nicely decorated.
Driveway outside and paved yard at back with a storage area.
Upstairs there is one medium sized bathroom with electric shower, storage area for towels & bedding etc.
you get two rooms upstairs one is a small double with a fitted wardrobe and the other rooms can be used as a study/dressing room etc.

If needed a divan bed base can be provided otherwise rooms are unfurnished apart from a small built in wardrobe.
There is broadband and sky tv at the property

I am looking for a nice sociable housemate, someone who has a professional job who is able to clean and tidy without the need for rotas.

Reference, last three months payslips and deposit is required by landlord.

Pets are allowed depending on breed and size, an extra non refundable deposit is required for pets to cover additional cleaning and any damage to property causes by them.
