2 toilets. Upstairs bathroom with well presented shower. Kitchen is galley type with all the utensils that you could wish for. No need for any cutlery. Iron and ironing board. Washing machine. Lots of cupboard space. Large free standing fridge. Freezer. Microwave.

Off road parking available.

Location is perfect as M60 is 5 minutes away and the airport is only 15 minutes away. Manchester is 15 minutes by train.

I have a 9yr old dog called minnie. She is a scottish terrier, not a barker or snappy but more like a cat who is adorable and no trouble.
