I am having to move home due to unforeseen family circumstances, therefore I am no longer able to move into the room I have in 53, Bouverie Street, Chester (room 7 on the floor plan). The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, dresser, pinboard for pictures and a double bed.

The house is a perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the University of Chester Exton Park Campus and Rigg Building, as well as 5 minutes from the City Centre, with a Tesco Express and a retail park nearby.

Over the summer before the move in date, the house is also getting a completely new refurbished kitchen/dining area that will be much more modern with a breakfast bar.
