A single bedroom in a house situated near to Chester Railway Station, Chester Bus Station, Chester University & all city centre amenities.

Relaxed, quiet house share with the live-in Landlord and currently 1 other lodger. Not a student let but will always consider mature minded students not wanting to party every night! We are very friendly, clean & tidy, and respectful of each other’s privacy.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, 3 chest's of drawers, shelves and a built-in wardrobe. However, there are extra amenities available in the room like a small fridge, microwave, television, kettle, toaster, lamp, iron etc., providing a more private space.

Downstairs there is a kitchen with a shared freezer, washing machine etc., plus there is wireless broadband available.

The rent for this room is £380pcm payable in advance. This includes all bills; gas, electric, council tax, water rates, television licence, broadband. The deposit is £200.

The room is now vacant and available for immediate occupancy.

Bedding can be provided if needed.

This is a none smoking household but smoking would be permitted outside of the premises – there is a small back yard with garden furniture.

Parking is available outside house / nearby on the street, and there is a car-park at the end of the street, but please note that there is no off-road parking available. It is a safe & quiet area with a one-way system in place, where in 20 years I have never known of any problems with any vehicles.
