Clean, quiet, Monday to Friday double room to rent with en-suite bathroom (with electric shower) and walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom has fibre broadband, television and tea and coffee making facilities. Lodger has own kitchen/dining area (including own kitchen sink). Cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine are shared. Bedlinen and towels changed as and when required. Please note this is a five night let only, but occasional additional weekends not a problem.

5 miles from Jct 14 M56 and 7 miles from Jct 12 M53. Located in quiet, friendly village with shop and post office. Excellent local restaurants and pubs. Convenient location for Chester, Broughton, Ellesmere Port, Capenhurst, Runcorn, Winsford and surrounding areas. Close to Delamere Forest.
