New property, dbl room, 5min walk from city centre
I have a double room available. Fully furnished, brand new double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table provided. The bedroom has use of the brand new bathroom.
The property is a new build and i have been living in it for the last 6 months. I am located just a 5 minute walk from chester city centre and the canal, it's a really nice location.
My lodger and i are both professionals, working in the local area (he stays Mon-Fri and travels home at the weekend). The room would suit another hard working professional, it's not really a party house. We can go a few days without even bumping into each other, as we are both really busy and I also work a shift pattern. Although if we are In, a beer will be shared :-) (probably watching football.
I'm just looking for someone who is easy to get on with, can respect my shift pattern (I may be asleep during the day) and is happy to clean up after themselves.
£300 mon-fri £350 7days . Bills will be split between the 3 of us. Broadband and Sky are included.
Thanks, Rob.
