Hey I'm a professional working for an investment company and have a double room available from 1st Jan 2015, part furnished and happy to obtain further furnishings if required. My ground floor apartment is city centre with security gate entrance, two minute walk to the train station and about the same into town. I have broadband and sky TV which along with the other bills is inclusive in the rent price. There is parking available but only one space which is currently occupied with my car, happy to discuss use of my car at an additional cost. I'm considerate and incredibly easy going.
