Double Room in existing houseshare

Lovely small double bedroom available to rent from mid March as my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The room is a small double with wardrobes, and a chest of drawers and dressing table. The house has a shared bathroom, and downstairs has a living room, separate kitchen and utility room.

There is a large garden out the back but the best part about the house is the front - it looks out over the canal and it's such a great spot. The house is situated in a very unique location where all the neighbours socialise together regularly at 'terrace parties'!

A bit about me - I'm Lucy, 29 and i've lived in Chester for 4 years now and work in the city centre in digital marketing.

I'm really looking for the right person to replace my current housemate - someone looking for a home rather than just a room and wants to be social - ie up for having a glass or wine or two every so often!

My boyfriend lives close by, so I do spend a lot my time there, so often you'd have the place to yourself as well.

Rent is £340 per month.
Bills average at around £80 a month (council tax, water, gas/elc and Sky TV & Broadband)

Deposit will be required which is £350.
