Brand New Apartment Room to Rent in Chester

Hello, i am looking for a room mate to rent the spare room in my apartment. The flat was bought brand new only 10 months ago and is fully furnished. There is everything you need and the flat is finished to the highest standards. The views over Chester are spectacular too! All bills are included and there is super fast broadband and a full sky package with sports.

The flat is only a 5 minute walk from town and there are a couple of great pubs and restaurants near by with all the local amenities you could want.

I am an fun, clean and easy person to get on with and have lived with lots of different people over the 3 years i was at university. It would be great to meet for a drink and a chat before making any decisions!

Personally not looking for someone who's going to have their partner round 24/7. The agreement is for one person but obviously within reason is fine :)
