Single Room In Lovely Period Property Ex Links

My single or twin room if required will be available to let again in my home in Vicars Cross in Chester in September 2016. The room is furnished but the tenant can have use of the dining room and kitchen and of course the bathrooms and garden. The house comes fully equipped with all mod cons such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 2 toilets, netflix, broadband, garden, parking. The location is near to amenities (petrol station, locals shops, Aldi, Spar, Waitrose all walkable) as is the city centre and close to all motorway links. There is also a bus stop right outside the property. I am a "young" 37 year old professional and live in the property with my daughter Ruby who is 10 and one very friendly cat called Claudia. My partner is usually about at the weekend. We are very laid back and it's a friendly relaxed household. I would like a female ideally, age irrelevant, who isn't a party animal but at the same time, I have no issue with someone who goes out or wants friends round from time to time.
