Looking for a nice professional to lodge with me. The room is a double bedroom with your own private bathroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a fitted wardrobe and I can buy a desk and bedside table if needed. I am tidy and expect the same from my prospective tenant who also has respect for me and my property. Preferably a non smoker but you can smoke outside of the apartment building.

In the apartment is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, living room with 2 sofa's, Hallway, bathroom.

The apartment is within minutes from Hale and Altrincham Train station, Altrincham metrolink and bus station and excellent transport links to all major motorways.

There are many facilities located in Hale and Altrincham such as bars, restaurants, libraries, ice rink, leisure centre and cinema. There is a park nearby.
