Double room to let in lovely home in Chester

Housemate wanted to share modern 3 bedroomed furnished friendly home in Handbridge. (I don't think the photo's do the house justice!)

My home is 3 bedroomed, with 2 double bedrooms and a single which is used as a spare room or a study.
The double room to let has built in wardrobes and a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet, with a separate 2nd toilet downstairs. A nice kitchen with a breakfast bar, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge and dining room are one room cosily furnished. There is a great outside area where the sun shines (when we have any!) all day until late afternoon.

Must be a dog lover, I have a 9 year old friendly dog!

The house is in a great location, its only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Chester, a 5 minute walk to the Riverside University Campus, a 10 minute drive to the Chester Business Park and easy access to M53, M56 and the A55.

I am ideally looking for somebody who works full-time or a full-time student, is easy going, really just somebody who is looking for a home with a friendly vibe, enjoys the occasional glass of wine or 2, doesn't mind sharing the housework and is respectful of the others space. I have been in the house for nearly 5 and a half years and had a variety of housemates male and female, who have ranged in ages from 28 to my age.

It works out around £550 per month with bills.
